WHAT IS A PERSONALIZED INSPECTION TRIP?

Organized inspection trips to Spain are arranged on a regular basis and usually offers as standard 3 nights accommodation at either a reputable local hotel with breakfast, lunches and evening meals catered for, or alternative suitable accommodation arranged through our property management team with lunches and evening meals provided, also included will be transport accompanied by a professional property advisor who will assist you without any pressure and flight/airport transfers to and from your accommodation.

We believe that personalized inspection trips without pressure is the only way for our clients to feel totally comfortable and relaxed when making a decision to purchase a new home in Spain, it has never been our intention to herd people around, cramped up in big passenger wagons showing only a small proportion of relevant properties because of all the different tastes, budgets and also personal views of clients “sharing” the same inspection trip.

The purpose of an inspection trip is not always to give you a pleasurable break in the sun but to give you the opportunity of seeing for yourself, at leisure, the various areas, choices and alternative properties that you might be interested in. Most new developments comprise a show house (piloto) where you can view personally the high standards of construction, workmanship, design, finish and numerous energy saving features, you will be able to savour the beautiful Spanish way of life whilst enjoying visiting many quality new and resale homes.

Inspection trips are heavily subsidized and are solely for those persons who are seriously considering purchasing property in Spain and who are joining us with the honourable intentions of viewing and inspecting Casa Estates’ properties and developments.

WHAT IS A VIEWING TOUR?

Viewing tours are short, cost effective inspection trips and are offered to clients who have limited time and resources. Usually a viewing tour will last no more than one full day unless otherwise authorized by Casa Estates, the purpose being that it allows you the client “on the move” to view the local area and properties of interest whilst spending only a short, allocated period of time in Spain or whilst just visiting the region. Casa Estates will provide transport accompanied by a professional property advisor who will assist you without any pressure during your time spent with us.

Inspection trips and viewing tours are offered free of charge* and at the discretion of Casa Estates, if however a client chooses to purchase one of our properties during a viewing tour, Casa Estates will then reimburse flight ticket/travel costs up to the value of 250 Euros each for the maximum of two persons travelling.
