 N.I.E. Number - Foreign National Identification Number of all purchasers
   (an N.I.E. Number can be easily and quickly arranged whilst in Spain or abroad)

 
Current original passports of all purchasers

 
Spanish bank account details of all purchasers - single or joint
   (a Spanish bank account can be easily and quickly arranged whilst in Spain or abroad)

 
Deposit for property purchase
   (amount payable is variable and has to be agreed - the normal minimum amount being 3,000 Euros)
