We are an English and Spanish run business that was founded in late 2003, our head office is situated in the heart of Torrevieja a popular harbour resort on the Southern Costa Blanca, approximately 30 miles south of Alicante (El Altet) international airport and 20 miles north of Murcia (San Javier) international airport, both airports being easily accessible and cater for flights arriving from and departing to most major European destinations. We have first hand knowledge of the immediate and surrounding areas accompanied by strong established relationships with personally selected, high calibre local and national builders whose construction and craftmanship is backed by a mandatory full 10 year building/structural guarantee. English speaking solicitors, notary offices, banks, furniture stores and such like are also carefully chosen, thus enabling us to offer a full portfolio of quality Spanish freehold properties and developments accompanied by a wide range of associated services.
